I am sorry to hear that everyone is having problems with trespassers. It pisses me off when we all spend a lot of time and money keeping our ponds up for our and our friends to enjoy while some a--hole goes and leaves trash behind, tears up gates, fences, cuts off locks and/or chains. It's worse when you don't live near the area and can't keep an eye out for someone that's not supposed to be there. I don't know if anybody else has this problem like I do but where I have the most problems with trespassers, there is no law enforcement. They have trained deputies, but they don't do a damn thing they're supposed to do. The "sheriff" prides his deputies on drug busts(while the paper shows the sheriff escorting prisoners to jail) and crashing parties. They were "too busy" to come file a report on my boat that was stolen. I even told them where it could be found and all they asked was "can you not go get it?" I told them I could but they would end up coming to arrest me. I can't wait for the right time to go check around one morning during the middle of a week when they expect me to be at work and I would be very tempted to try some new reloads for my 7mm magnum and get some target practice.
