As surface area declines, fish populations adjust. Large bass feed on smaller bass and bluegill. Intermediate size bass feed on smaller baitfish. Fish numbers drop, temporarily. I have witnessed some of the fastest bass growth ever, in ponds evaporating so fast. Then, when it rains (which it will) your pond will refill, and there will be lots of room, and fish respond by spawning heavily.
As long as you have plenty of adult bluegill survive, you will be fine.
The only reason to relocate is if you expect the pond to go completely dry, or drop to the point a fish kill is imminent. Also, if you choose to move fish, be sure the water which receives them, needs them. If not, don't do it.
There are a couple of things to think about, though. If the pond, as it drops, has no cover for bluegill, consider adding some. Add three or four brush piles around the edges, but don't go overboard.
Next, pay attention to water quality. As evaporation occurs, the only thing which leaves is water. That means everything dissolved in the water stays behind. pH can gradually change, as will hardness and alkalinity, other minerals and metals concentrations will increase. That's not a problem in and of itself, because your fish will adjust to the gradual change. But, when we finally get those rains, clean, cool rainwater will dilute these concentrated levels and can cause issues with fish. So, I would monitor water chemistry this summer. There may be some things to do later this summer or early fall to prepare for rain.
