I catch bass, bluegill and crappie att his place that I caught this fish. I have never seen a pattern like this.

That fish is a warmouth. It's a sunfish, big mouth, predatory. Grows to 8ish inches, maybe larger in some areas. Colloquial names are goggle-eye and, in the south, rock bass (although it's not really a rock bass.)
Teach a man to grow fish... He can teach to catch fish...
