Interesting place. More interesting is the virtual tour. Did you notice that the lake was not part of the property. The lot size on the virtual site was listed as only 690 x 765 and they say that you have a view of the private lake and it does not say that the lake is part of this property. But in the other link it says the total property is 12 acres. Interesting!!! Up here we have to show total property and not seperate the land plots out from the total acreage.

Pretty neat. However, I doubt that my wife would go for another weekend place to keep up with.
It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.

Man that's a helluva deal for 339K - Wish I had a reason to move to Texas! At a minimum, you could double that price around here - Nice place!

Damn, I looked at the listing and the pictures. WOW! Quick, somebody complain about how hot it is in Texas all the time. And swear there would be no deer on that property.

Theo your right Deer are worth more than ponds in Texas, just look at all the ads for property and the only thing you see is a big buck standing at a feeder. It's not such a good deal after all. My bad
