If possible, can you give me some details regarding the aqua-gazebo. Stuff like the foundation, framing members (particularly underwater), is it totally in the drink, water depth below, any issues with the shingles re; moss growth, anything you would have done different. You know, the basics....like tell me how to build one.

Bought the house as it is a couple of years ago. Depth of water in front of the gazebo is about four feet. The foundation is pretty thick, I'd guess 3 feet and I'll bet it has plenty of fill surrounded by concrete. Eight support posts along with a center concrete filled steel lally column supports the roof structure. Pretty basic gazebo! No moss growth on the shingles..it is even facing north. On the side is a fenced in area that we keep young fish in (Koi) and when they get large we release them. Hope this helps.
