My aeration system is a Gast, rotary vane air pump ($75) through 1/2" poly pipe, into a soaker hose weighted at the bottom with a block of cement. It's a Rube Goldberg, but works great. It is suspended by it's own ability to float about 18" off the bottom, as the soaker hose is in a sndwitch of pcv pipe, so that shouldn't be the prob. And no, I began aerating a month ago to stop any chance of turn-over this year too. But, the muddy water been very persitant ever since the last turn-over about a year ago. I'm going to check the site that ewest sent me now. thnx
