Dave, you mentioned that you have deer. If you have feeders for the deer that the hogs can get to, they won't be going anywhere anytime soon. We processed 4 hogs this season and made several different kinds of saugage. The Italian Links and the Jalapeno & cheese links were pretty outstanding!
