Sometimes when after working in the yard I will jump in my pond to clean off. Would soap harm my fish in anyway. My pond is about 2 acres

How clean is your pond? \:\)
I don't think an occasional bar of soap will affect your pond. Thats a big bathtub with a lot of dilution.

The pond is 2 months old. The Water is getting sum what clear. I'll jump in at lunch and wash off, then I was thinking that the soap somehow might hurt something

T,
I'm an ex-houseboater. Plain, unscented Ivory bar soap was the eco-friendly choice...plus, it floats.

Nope, a little soap in 2 acres won't be a problem. Thats about 87,500 sq ft.

It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.

It won't hurt the pond but it will add something to feed aquatic plants expecially algae. It doesn't take much to fuel algae.

If pigs could fly bacon would be harder to come by and there would be a lot of damaged trees.

You could always use bio-degradable camping soap. That stuff rocks!
