I am between McCoy and Poth on the southwest edge of Wilson Co. My wife does the birding thing and she thinks the warmer winters have brought them north. Some used to leave in spring, but the peanuts have kept them around all year now. The bird you saw may have been a Plover. We have seen a few moving through.
