I saw "Frankfort, Ohio" but didn't know you were in Ross County (there's a Frankfort in Lucas County, too). The wife and I have tentative retirement plans to sell out here and and find some land between Adelphi and Tarlton, as we love the look and lay of that area. We have been through there several times on the way to State Parks in Southern Ahia.

If Ross County never gets any rain, I will have to reconsider \:\( . If I'm going to build 3-4 ponds and have them sitting waiting for water, I might just as well move to Texas to be close to my friends there \:\) .
