My friends get frustrated with me as I am the type to think/research/read alot before I act. Patience is not a problem.

The "bonus" fish can wait. I was just seeing what kind of bites I would get mentioning perch/trout. After reading the forums for a few months, I am pretty familar and respect Cecil's comments. Thank you for replying Cecil. I figured you would burst my trout/perch bubble!! :-) Would it be the ponds themselves(depth/size/shape, etc) or my lack of experience or some of both which has you emphatically ruling out year round survival of trout?

Since there are two ponds, could the smaller one be dedicated to perch and the larger one bluegill/bass?? I'm guessing mother nature would somehow some way EVENTUALLY mix it up. Kinda like peanut butter and chocolate.....mmmm Reeses. I just like the thought of eating perch over bass/bluegill!! Along with my peanut butter cups!!
