bhb1034, please don't take offense to this, but how in the world did you come up with stocking rates of 1000 cc & 1000 gg in a 2 acre pond ?
I wish you luck in fixing what you see is broken, killing them off appears to be a wise choice. I hope you read and re-read the posts here, the "experts" can turn your pond into a BIG Bass pond. Reconsider introducing shiners into that mix...go fatheads in the beginning. If you have the $$$, threadfin shad. Finally, go F1 LMB when you restock.
