When it comes right down to it, it's very hard for the Government to stop you from doing what you want to with your land. Problem is, by the time you pay the lawyers, you may be too broke to dig.
Or if you pay a high fee to a consultant and sign the above mentioned disclaimer that they are not responsible for the advise given. :rolleyes:
