If they are standard bluegill, you may not need to do much else besides culling some Channel Cats.

With the sizes of LMB that you've described, you should be seeing some younger LMB. Within the next year, if not sooner, may be a good time to start some type of LMB slot limit culling program.

Just out of curiosity, what were the suggested stocking numbers vs. what you actually stocked?
