Yes, you can have too many bluegills but I doubt you will have that problem. You stocked a good number of bass and they will keep the bluegill numbers in check. Do you have any BG under 4"? That population may have been eradicated by your young bass. As the LMB grow they will start feeding on some bigger bluegills as well. Maintaining the correct number of bass is the key to acheiving your goals.
Just for the record. Do you know what kind of LMB you stocked? Northern, F1, Florida, other
