Okay, my Brother in Law just built a new 5 acre pond. I need to decide on what to give him. either a subscription to Pond Boss or the Basic Pond Management Manual. Help me decide

That's like having ham or eggs for breakfast. I'd get him both. The. As a matter of fact, my preference would be for "Raising Trophy Bass" and the subscription.

I'd buy both for some good reasons. First is that the books are a wonderful kick off spot for knowledge. Then the magazine answers things that, after years, I still don't know enough to ask.

Next, it's his pond. You need to stay on his good side.

I agree with dave.Just before my pond was built about 1 1/2 years ago i read the book raising trophy bass and followed all of their recommendations and you should see the size of my fish already. The book was awesome and i was very luck i read that or i would have really screwed up my pond up by incorrectly stocking it.
