Bob,
Open account with Photobucket.com (don't worry, they won't spam you).
Click on "browse" within photobucket entry page
The photos stored on your computer will be displayed
Double click the picture you want in the photobucket account
Left click "Img" box
Cut, using "ctrl C" on your keyboard
Paste, using "ctrl V" to your Message box within "Post a Reply" on Pond Boss site.
Complete your message with appropriate text
Click "Add reply" on Pond Boss
I've practiced this enough that it takes me about 40 seconds to complete this task, and as I've often been told "I'm no Alfred Einstein".
