The compressor its self does not but one may have been added to the intake side of your air intake airfilter. The Sweetwater pumps usually have a "blue" 3/4 inch poly valve on them. If you are using the sweetwater airstones they can have this valve on the stone itself but have one above the water and if it is a Brady be sure the spring has been removed as the pump will have to work less.
