Last weekend I was trying to catch some crawfish from a small pond and move them to a new pond. I was using an Umbrella type seine and tied bacon in the net to catch the crawfish. Well, I guess the water temp was too cold and I did not catch any crawfish but I did catch some very small "things". They were between 1/2 & 3/4 inches long, transparent in color, you could see the vein in their body like a shrimp and the end of their tales were red and forked. Unfortunately, I did not get a photo, anyone have any ideas on what this might be?
