To those who saw the dead bream thread, sorry about that. I looked back over it and came off looking like an arrogant bully.
I looked silly saying he would not show and did. However why would I risk my reputation saying these things if not true? Have I ever went off on another "pro"? I�m now a marked man before just a little guy up in north GA he did not even remember talking to. I'm passionate about what I do and have many reasons for saying the things I did. Ken is right nothing to gain from the banter. I hopefully learned from that. That was not my intent. I hope most of you know I normally do not talk bad about folks.
It hit me when I saw I had went to 4 stars. I do not care about these things and 4 is right anyway I�m not a 5 star that is for others with more expertise and through post. I did see I have been ranked 49 times. Thanks for taking the time that is more than anyone including Bill Cody. It made me realize a few folks went and put me down for 1 or so. This is why I wanted to say sorry I can see folks did not like my actions. I want to defend my actions.
What did Ken do? He came and was very polite. I expected that. However he said publicly he wanted to help LL but in private tried to sell them an aerator when they already had a diffuser system. He gave chance to provide catalog, it worked I already see folks signing up. You should it is a marketing genius.
He then did not provide one straight answer for my 2 straight questions. I tried to get away from the banter portion. He refused to answer except to say every situation is different. Have you ever seen me say this, you are probably tried of hearing it. Something like well it all depends on your goals, but I suggest 1,000 bg/acre�. I wonder why he did not provide answer I will let you figure that out. I believe every other �pro� on here can provide you some numbers. He said it is in the catalog, ok I wanted him to post it here for others to comment.
The catalog says �3,000 to 5,000 bream per acre and be catching handsized bream in three to four months� page 7 volume 21. I can go on but will not just wanted to give example of what he says so others can comment.
ML, I apologize to you that he left the thread. You took the time to email him. Maybe if you talk to him again start another thread on GA Giant and tell him I will not post there. He can provide good info on these since he is the main guy responsible for starting hybrid bream. He is also very knowledgeable with fish disease so email about that if you like.
Anyway I have to run to stock fish to replace the one�s I killed. Real professional there, huh.
