My Wisconsin HOA purchased a Scott Aerator Atriarch Fountain with RGB LED lights. The fountain is deisgned to remain in the water even during the freezing Wisconsin winter. However, the LED lights are not mentioned and even though Scott states to move the controller inside during the winter months. the lights are not mentioned (although Scott reccomends the also be moved indoors). Has anyone else in cold climates kept their lights outside during the winter months? We have other lights (with similar housing although halaogen bulbs) that have remained outside in the rocks of our waterfall feature and they have survivied for more than 10 years. Even after we replaced some of the halogen bulbs with LED, they have also survived.
