Apparently, I need to add this "lure" to my tackle box.

If you had neighbors like we do, you'd have plenty of "lures." I took over 3 dozen golf balls out of our pastures and corn fields last Spring.

We must have the same neighbors Theo or at least some sort of kin between them. After we built the pond the neighbor next door thought it would be a great idea to launch balls into the pond and surrounding area. Why people do stuff like this.....I'll never understand.

A Lead Electronics Technician I used to work with had a saying that I believe covers the situation:

"City Boy - don't know #%$@&*!"

P.S. While checking line fence today (after some vigorous thunder storms that have caused a large number of power outages in the area) I found two Lacrosse balls.

Not gonna lie, Ive hit a few balls out into the local universe,, not much of a golfer, doesnt make sense to go out looking for them, but in my time Ive launched a few out of my yard,, along with the sons and grandson.

We might be neighbors.

All the really good ideas I've ever had came to me while I was milking a cow.

If you can hit them from Central Mizzoo to Central Ahia, you're way beyond "not much of a golfer." smile

Cow Pasture Pool

It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.
