Watching my green blob fishing light. Shad fry, juvy bluegill, and, a rare bass sighting. Had my first top water bass blowup tonight! Love it. My wife thinks I’m obsessed. 😆
IMO, one of the best ways to turn a "non-fisherman" into a fisherman, is with heavy topwater action for bass.
Perhaps when you enter a period of good topwater fishing you might try to get your wife to come fish with you!
This trick also works well if you have a child/grandchild that you are also trying to turn into a convert.
