Yesterday our friend Emmett brought his two oldest kids, ages 5 and 2, from Indiana for their first time fishing. The kids fished for about two hours (interrupted by a number of adults-get-the-snag-in-the-line-off-of-the-pole episodes) and caught over thirty BG, including seven Emmett took to clean and eat and one big male BG we put back in. A good time was had by all.

Emmett warned the kids "When we fish in the pond in the backyard (of their subdivision home), you won't catch this many." frown smile
