I do like very much that he added some 10-12 and 12+ LMB.

In addition to the population management of the BG ... I would keep an eye out on the growth of 10 - 12+ LMB now in the pond. If the get a good leg up, growth could be great for them. So ... to Esshup point of harvest LMB when they reach over 14" ... that may happen in less than a year for these largest LMB.
