After months of waiting, we finally got some much needed rain and some water in the pond. I'd say it's roughly 2/3 full. Within days duckweed started showing up.

The initial bermuda hydroseed didn't take for whatever reason. By the time we figured that out, it was too late in the season for bermuda so we had to go re-do it with rye. It came in good but once it warmed up it all died. Now it's just weeds coming up which is fine, that's all it was before.

I guess it's time for aeration. Then start stocking baitfish.
