Until a few years ago, you could get a pretty extensive tour of Ripple Rock Fish Farm near here, until the owner Craig Bell retired. He showed my family a lot about how his RAS systems work. He raised Tilapia primarily for the ethnic market and restaurant markets. but you could show up on Tuesdays and buy as many pounds as you wanted; they would fillet them for you for a little extra.

Curtis at Freedom Fish Farm looks to have a very similar setup.
