Video after all chicks out, and hen taking to pond edge to swim away. Can't see it on video, but she accidentally took them to the edge at exactly the spot where a LMB is nesting. I could see him really well with binoculars. I was worried he'd snap up a chick or two (and I think the hen saw him too and got nervous). But no such calamities (at least for today) and they swam past him and to the far edge. Whew.
