Looks like a green sunfish. Very aggressive. Fun to catch.
Considered undesirable by folks trying to manage for large bass due to competing for similar foods and low spawning numbers compared to bluegill.
Management wise, adding bass will thin them to the point they can't compete with the bluegills' prolific spawning ability.
