Are there any people shipping SMB and YP? I need to have these shipped to 64089 unless there's someone close raising them ? I've got saugeyes in the pond now

You might call these guys. I believe they have yellow perch, and may have SMB.

I have not used them, but they are in the Kansas Aquaculture listing.

What are the other fish in the pond, and how big is the pond? How many of each and what size are you looking for? Where in MO are you? I know of a supplier near the St. Louis area, and I scoot down I-55 on my way to Arkansas to get fish.

Cody Note - esshup's questions are very appropriate. Sometimes when adding SMB and YP into an existing pond with sunfish species and largemouth does not result in good development of populations for the perch and SMB. YP and SMB thrive best without BG and LMB. To get SMB and YP to succeed in an existing BG-LMB pond large perch and smallies then they have to be stocked and then periodically added more every few years. .

Only fatheads and saugeyes so far. I need bluegill, and redear, which I can source locally. And then YP and SMB which I need to have shipped.

Hartley's Fish Farm in Kansas has shipped SMB to me in Pennsylvania before.

Does SNIPE on here not do SMB anymore ? I know he sold his place but maybe the new owner still has them ?

The last time I talked to him the reason why he sold is that he place was completely flooded by feet of water, and the ponds had the majority if not all of the brood fish washed away. Heck IIRC he found a Texas Hunter Feeder a mile or more away.

I was under the assumption that the new owner wasn't going to "farm" fish, but have the ponds as recreational ponds. I need to give him a call and see how he's doing.
