I am in California where our government is more concerned about how much money they can get from lobbyists than actually trying to solve problems. So they won't let us use triploid grass carp I have used one of your mowers at my neighbours pond for years. His pond is shallow so the weeds grow up to the surface of the entire pond we wait until the wind is blowing in the right direction and cut the weeds and let them get pushed to the shallow end and then pull them out and mulch the gardens and orchard. If we didn't his pond would be pretty much unusable.
