Just wondering how did your electric fence work, I have Otters, they have already got most of my fish, I just went and bought another 1000 and put them in my 7 acre pond. I did have a lot of fish , nice ones but starting over again.

Adirondack Pond has been MIA for a while as far as posting. You may want to PM or email him.

If pigs could fly bacon would be harder to come by and there would be a lot of damaged trees.

Nice looking fence. It's a shame you had to go to such an extreme measure.

I am having the same otter problem, I killed four in 2 days during the winter. They have gotten a lot of my fish I am afraid, before I shot them. I am thinking of trying an electric fence so it doesn't happen again and I have power. I was told put one strand 6 inches off the ground and another strand 12 inches. What is the best spray to use to keep the grass out of the fence and not risk hurting the fish in the pond? I tried traps and Konobear traps 2 of them and the only thing I trap is turtles. Any other ideas would be appreciated.

Spray glyphosate under the electric fence That will kill anything green.
