For what it's worth, I'm highly enthused by some mesocosm and cursory field trials with humic acids as an economical aid towards stimulating (enhancing) naturally occurring beneficial microbial activity. We're planning to fund some third party research while also pursuing small scale field trials with commercial clients. Time will tell....
