It's kind of Coke or Pepsi. Both are top notch so I would pick the one that's easier to get and the price is good.
Just an FYI, but the 45%/12% Triton is 1/4" pellets. The 3/16" pellets are 36%/6%, but to me, they're okay for maintaining my hatchery fish food. I've fed, and still am feeding, tons of Triton from 2.2mm to 3/8", so I'm a little biased. I also feed Endurance's 22mm pellets for my HSB and my feed trained LMB. Good times.
