So i give up on any local options. I've had place 3 years now, and scammed by one fishery and no one else within 150 miles offers them. So, has anyone had luck with thru the mail? I'm willing to try at this point. Oh, my place is in SW MO.

Who did you use?

There are a few options if you are willing to travel 3-4 hours.

How many CNBG are you wanting? Size preference?
Smallest that you can get in early spring IMO would be 1"-2".

Generally the smaller they are the better they can survive and be shipped by second day or next day UPS /FedEx. IMO it is best to not allow them shipped for sitting in the sun when air temp is above 60-65F. Service at my Ohio location is better with UPS than FedEx.
My experience is Next day shipping is much better compared to 2nd - next day is worth it when dealing with fish,

Being close to a distribution center rather than a far remote distribution center hub helps with timely delivery. Sitting too long in the sun is definitely not good for any fish. If you have them shipped, do it in Mar or April when weather is cooler.

There is also shipping service called air freight from an airport that then delivers to your local large airport and you go pick them up. Sometimes they arrive the same day toward the late afternoon or evening depending when the airport received them.

How many are you looking for, and what size? I take I-55 South through Missouri when I go down to Arkansas to get fish.

I can't remember who i used when i picked up last time, it was in 2023. I can't really say i was scammed. I got like 100-200 and 3 years later have not caught one. The one i get minnows from and northern from is Abney. They say they offer CNBG but don't have any pictures of their mature ones to show what they mean. The reason i asked is when i got from the other one a few years ago, i asked for a pic afterwards and got a pic of a dark northern.

Anyway, it's time for Spring stocking of minnows, i get 10lbs of Fathead and 5lbs of shiners, i might get a few channel this time as well, I think I'm good on northern BG but want to add maybe 200 or so CNBG to 1.2 acre pond.

I'm in Springfield area but place is 1hr East in Mountain Grove. I dont see that Dunn comes this far east.

Harbin Fish Farm is an approved Pond Boss vendor and they have a location at Wewoka, OK. Otherwise take up esshup on his offer.

Here's a couple of pictures of some I purchased from Harbin's last year.

I am going to order some from Abney when i get minnows middle of April. However, Esshup, I will take you up on your offer and drive east and meet you if that is realistic to you. Those look really good! I am staying away from Hybrids so i have to tell fisheries, don't get me anything but northern and or CNBG.

This spring i have to cull more LMB, I have about half a dozen or so over 5lbs already i'd say and contrary to my goals when fishing public, LMB are not my goal with this pond. Non stop 1lb BG and CNBG are!

Message me Esshup if you are serious. Thanks
