FWIW, as of February 2025 your pond there behind the house had a surface area of approximately 1 acre. The smaller pear or triangular shaped one up front was 0.62 ac, the small square one was 0.04 acre. Today the NWS says you are in a severe drought. It looks like ithe 1 ac pond was either renovated or had some dirt work done to it in 2005. The two front ponds were dug around 2007 - 2008, with the smaller pond being completed first. I would say the smaller pond was completed 6 months to a year prior to the other front pond being completed.
The deepest part of the bigger pond should be towards the dam that is on the South side of the pond. Dang man, you know more about my new place than I do lol How’d you get all that info?? And I can confirm the deep end of that pond is the south side by the dam. ROFL. I can't give away all my secrets! It's amazing what information Big Brother has.  You can find out how deep the water is there without a boat. Take a slip bobber with a weight that is heavier than the bobber can float. Keep casting to the same place and slowly move the bobber stop up on the line until the bobber barely floats. Then cast it around the deep area to see if there are any deeper holes. Cast out, let the weight hit bottom. Crag closer to you 5'-10'. let the weight hit bottom again. Keep adjusting the bobber stop deeper if needed. Measure it with a ruler when you are pretty sure you found the deepest part.

We depend on Esshup, aka Big Brother, for all our info, I'm thinking he may have ties to the mafia, but I cant be sure! jk!
You will find a ton of useful information on this site, some useful, and some might not apply to you, the bass pic you put up, I agree with the others, it is seriously malnourished, either way you will need to get a bunch of those out of there.
Bass fishing is a little more fast paced then catfishing, they will bite on pretty much every thing, especially if they are hungry.
Good Luck, Enjoy you're new ponds, they can be a ton of work but also a little fun on occasion.
