What you want to do should be no big deal. The biggest part of the job will be running the pipe underground to the different tanks. You can run black poly pipe from the pump to the stock tanks, but FROM the stock tanks to the pond the drain pipe has to be 2x to 3x the diameter of the feed pipe because there is no pressure pushing water through the drain pipe. All you have working for yourself in that situation is gravity.
Amish use solar for the well to feed the house and here they can't use a holding tank for water - they have to use an insulated bladder tank.
