Blue Herons are fairly territorial if my understanding is correct.
I'm not sure if those more grey colored birds were actually GBH or not. They look white, not GBH, to me. Looks like Great White Egrets that are with a Little Blue Heron?? I'm near the Great Salt Plains refuge and we have them frequently here until they migrate South. They sure look like they are staged for catching any fish that come near the edge of the pond.
