That looks like a solid project for $4250! The solar setup is a smart move for Florida weather.
Just a heads up since the water looks a bit green in the thumbnail: you might want to add more floating plants like lilies or water lettuce. They'll help shade the water and starve out that algae by soaking up the extra nutrients. It makes a huge difference for clarity in a bog filter system.
