As a side note, I think Todd's points are well made. I haven't had problem with stunted fish from suppliers, but I AM a supplier of HSB and I know that because of the incredible genetic variability in YOY hybrid fish that, as the buyer, I'd rather get the first and second cull. Agressiveness, feed utilization, feed conversion and growth potential show more divergence in HSB that purebred fish by a long shot.
