Yeah, that's why when I picked up the 12 HSB Oct. 25, I also got 3# each of GSH and FHM. Figured the HSB will need something to keep them growing beyond just the natural plankton-level stuff. I'll be very interested the state of the pond through winter to early April.
I'd love a recommendation for a good simple water meter to test the water temp?
