Are you talking about air temp or water temp? Water temp is what you should be watching. Some fish stop feeding aggressively on pellets in 50°F water, others will continue to feed even if the water temp is in the upper 30's. It all depends on the individual pond. A customer will throw food out the day after ice out and his fish will feed.
