50 to 55 F water temp. is a commonly use point of reducing/stopping feeding. Watch the fish and they will let you know. I think you will see fish cutting back eating as temps drop below 65 F. But some feeding can occur through winter on warming days. It depends on your fish. HSB , YP and cool water fish will eat at lower temps than LMB and BG.
