Thanks Rod. Right now there is a “blue line creek” just south of where the pond will be. I’ll try to upload an overview of he property with the pond in a quasi circle and our proposed home site as the red X. There’s probably 70 foot of elevation from the top off our property based on topo lines. Not sure how much I can pull fr the creek both legally and the fact that unless it rains, it seems to be a dry creek for the most part.
