You are making great progress. I've moved the data to a table that can easily be imported to a database. Also added a few cells for analysis. The green cells are those you can put data in. The rest with data are computed. I added a lookback computation that will provide the lookback of recaps for the lookback number you choose. To work correctly, the data should be sorted by date with the latest dates at the bottom.
With regard to sorting, be careful to only sort all columns or the tags would get out of whack with the original fish. If you want to add new computations, you can unlock with "pond" leaving the quotes off.
