For whatever reason my pond wont grow plants, i mean the do but they die off after a couple months in the late spring. Artaficial pond habitat is redicoulsly priced and ugly as all get out. i did find these on amazom. Thinking about buying some to try out.
I prefer cedar trees of different sizes. Attach a weight like a cinder block. They last for years.
Even better if you can orient the trees both vertical and horizontal too.
My pond is less then a 1/4 acre, i cut a meduim size willow tree and pushed it in but honestly its a pita, it kind of cuts my pond jn half and i end up snagging it everytime i fish it.

For the inexpensive route, Christmas time is the key! Once everyone tosses out there old trees...pick up 2-3 and cement them to cinder blocks. I have three in our pond right now and they are loaded with baby bluegill. I toss some food out and the tree that looks empty is suddenly alive!
Dont worry about what the artificial stuff looks like, after you sink it in the pond you will probably never see it again except on your livescope. The fish sure don't care what it looks like.
