Looks like Katrina is aiming to have its center come right over my house if the projections are to be believed. We are being told that today and Wed we should get 4+ inches of rain. Which added to the run off should help me with filling up the 4+ feet I am down.

Yes we are in danger of forest fires up here. I have lost 6 trees over 50 ft tall in my yard this year due to a lack of rain.

I am going to be very happy to see it if it arrives, but my luck being what it has been thus far this year I am expecting it to suddenly jump down south of me when it gets within 2 miles of my house and not give me a drop of rain.
