10x, if you drain the pond and remove all the BG, after you remove them, sterilize the pond with hydrated lime and get the pH of the water to 11. That will kill any remaining tiny bluegill that would be eating the minnows next year. I can't tell you how much to use, get yourself a pH test kit and keep adding hydrated lime until you reach that pH level. Treat all puddles, foot prints that hold water, etc.
