Yep, side mounted boom attachments are a pretty awesome invention.
If anyone reading this thread actually wants one for limited usage on their property, I see lots of them for sale on auction sites that include "government property" auctions.
Many counties and state "highway departments" own that type of equipment. They are frequently auctioned when the tractor it was mounted on blows an engine or transmission.
Sure would be nice to mow the backside of a steep dam ... while your tractor was sitting on level ground!
