BG/RES etc. have relatively small stomachs. They grow better with smaller feeding amounts several times a day (during growth months). FH and GSH are similar. LMB, SMB and HSB can eat once a day and maintain good growth. All of this is supplemental feeding info and assumes there is enough natural food.

I have read a lot of threads about gape size and the optimal size of natural forage and pellet forage for our fish.
I don't recall a discussion about relative stomach sizes! Makes perfect sense to me based on the pellet-feeding behaviors I have observed at my buddy's ponds.
